1. 1/2 KG Udang Disiang 
2. 3 Sudu Serbuk Cili Mak Siti
3. 25GM Rempah Makanan Laut Mak Siti (Dijadikan Pes)
4. 2 Biji Bawang Besar ditumbuk
5. 3 Ulas Bawang Putih ditumbuk
6. 1 Sudu Serbuk Halia Mak Siti
7. Santan dari 1 biji kelapa
8. Penumis Mak Siti
9. Garam
10.Serbuk Perasa
CARA MEMASAK
1. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan Penumis.
2. Kemudian masukkan pula bawang besar, bwang putih, serbuk cili Mak Siti, serbuk halia Mak Siti dan Rempah Makanan laut.
3. Gaul sebati dan tunggu hingga pecah minyak.
4. Kemudian masukkan kentang dan tomato. Gaul sebati.
5. Masukkan pula santan, garam dan serbuk perasa.Biarkan mendidih
6. Selepas itu, masukkan udang dan biarkan beberapa minit
7. Sedia untuk dihidang

IKAN SAMBAL PERAH LIMAU

BAHAN-BAHAN
1Ikan (Kerisi, Kembung, Caru, Merah) - Ikut Cita rasa anda
2. 2 sudu Cili Kisar 
3. 3 sudu Serbuk Cili Mak Siti
4. 2 biji Bawang Merah dihiris/ditumbuk
5. 4 ulas Bawang Putih dihiris/ditumbuk
6. 5 batang cili padi dipotong 
7. Serbuk kunyit Mak Siti
8. 1 biji Limau purut
9. Garam
10.Serbuk Perasa
CARA MEMASAK
1. Gorengkan ikan yang telah digaul bersama serbuk kunyit Mak Siti dan garam. Goreng sehingga kekuningan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi.
3. Kemudian masukkan cili kisar dan serbuk lada Mak Siti.
4. Masukkan pula garam dan serbuk perasa. Tumis sehingga pecah minyak.
5. Tuangkan sambal diatas ikan yang telah siap digoreng. 
6. Kemudian perahkan limau di atas ikan. (untuk lebih menarik taburkan serbuk Limau Purut Mak Siti)
7. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
